Medicare (Part B) – Dandelion Speech Language Pathology Services is in-network for Medicare beneficiaries. Medicare Part B usually covers 80% of medically necessary skilled speech services. Clients are responsible for any copays or coinsurance requirements at time of service.
Private Pay – Dandelion Speech Language Pathology Services is an independent/private-pay therapy service. All non-Medicare clients are considered private pay. Private insurance is not accepted at this time. However, clients may choose to submit claims to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are currently considered an out-of-network provider. If your insurance policy has out-of-network speech benefits you may be able to submit provided invoices to your insurance provider and the company will directly reimburse you. We are more than happy to provide clients with the necessary records upon request. Suggested questions to ask your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits can be provided to assist you in determining your out-of-network benefits. We’re the ideal solution for individuals with high insurance deductibles or those who have exhausted their current insurance benefits and looking for a more affordable option. Payments are due at the time of service.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or if you opt for self-pay (i.e., not going through your health insurance), health care providers must provide you with an estimate of the expected charges before you purchase an item or service. This is called a good faith estimate (GFE).
Providers and facilities must provide you with a GFE if you request one, or after you’ve scheduled a service. It should include the expected charges for all items or services that are provided as part of the same scheduled experience. The provider must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care.
